I know this isn't a real jeep, but I have a 2012 sahara and would love front fenders like this? Does anyone make something like this?

That would be rough. If you look at the picture there is a fold with the rivets underneath. I'd love to have that before I decide to cut my fenders....

I think you're out of luck then. I don't know of anyone making aftermarket Sahara fenders.

Looks like stock Sahara fenders with the front of the flare trimmed.

Here is my stock Sahara flares. I did the mod last weekend with a dremel.

Looks good. Did you use weather stripping to finish the edges?
