37's with pocket flares - pictures?
I am ready to start making a few changes again and I like the concept of the "overland Jeep". I don't do a lot of crawling around here in the Midwest and I want to stay away from the chopped/flat fender look but i want to run 37's. I have a 4 inch lift right now and my 35's clear fine but barely when things are totally twisted up. I was thinking about just adding a body lift but the pocket flares might allow me to just stay at this heigth and still tuck in there nicely.
Here's what I have now. ARB bumpers front and back and new drive shafts, skids, the usual stuff.

Unless you just LOVE the look of the pocket flare, they really aren't that functional, the stock flares do a great job at providing coverage and protection. My jeep came from the dealer with Bushwacker Pocketflares, and I hated them. About four hours after I left the dealer, I hit the trails for a weekend wheeling trip and broke the front passenger flare off within the first few hundred yards of driving through a dry wash/rock garden. The tire (35" BFG KM2) flexed upward while turned at full lock to the right and grabbed the oversized plastic. Personally I think it was a freak accident because there was a ton of room for those puny tires. Here are a few photos of my JK just an hour or so before I snapped the flare.
Edit: as stated above in an earlier post, I think that bumper you are running will be a bigger problem than the flares.

I'm not a huge fan of the pocket flares. I thought they might help solve the problem. The bumper could be moved an inch forward with a few spacers. That should be enough to clear the tires assuming they would only need an inch of extra room. I think a 1 inch boddy lift would help keep the tires out of the stock fenders too.
