Default What front srive shaft should i go with?

I installed a 3" lift on my Automatic JKU and while I was offroading today the front drive shaft hit the Trans pan and tore the boot off, I had heard this might happen but it had been good until today. From what I read the stock shafts are too fat when lifted and the aftermarket ones are smaller so they don't rub under flex.

What drive shafts and u-joints are people out there using?

Thanks for any info you can give me.

No worries. Sometimes the search function isn't that great. Hopefully you found what you needed.

Tom woods if you want to add better u joints.

Go with the coast or j e reel.

Wol always remarks against tom woods shafts. A Rig that wheels like that gets my attention on parts, good and bad.

Agree can't go wrong with coast, je reel or tom woods... Northridge deals in coast driveshafts and get you a good price, thats what I ended up going with

I highly recommend je reel or coast. As mentioned, if you go with a TW shaft, just make sure to upgrade the u-joints to a set of spicer or neapco. The gold seal joints that come standard aren't worth their weight and you can go wrong with them.
