Question If I remove my wheel spacers, will I rub?

I'm in the military and I'm going to be shipping out to Italy soon.
In order for me to take my JK to Italy it has to pass inspection.
The big pain in the butt is tires...they have to be completely covered by the fender/fender flare...no rubber can stick out.
I swapped out my chopped factory flares for Bushwacker flat fender flares because they supposedly provided more coverage than stock. I have them installed now and I still have about an inch to an inch and a half of tire sticking out at the front. That's not gonna cut it.
I better give some more tech data...I have 315/70 BFG All Terrains on factory wheels with 1.5" wheel spacers...and a 3.5" RE lift.
If I remove my wheel spacers on the front, will my tires rub? I just need to know if they'll rub during normal driving...I'll put the spacers back on if I plan on wheeling!
I plan on taking the spacers off and testing it out myself, but I wanted to see if anyone out there could save me the labor!!

I have 315/70/17 on my 08 JK and on a full turn I just barely rub the sway bar. I'm just careful and not to do such a sharp turn or tight u turn. Hope this helps.

I run 35x12.50 with stock rims and yes they will rub at almost full clock but I adjusted my steering stops out and that helped a lot. If you get a longer bolt you could adjust it to where there was no rub. But really I drive everywhere and I forget I have that big of tire cause I almost never hit it driving around. I have a 2dr maybe a 4dr would be worse.

x2 you just need a longer bolt and some washers.
