Default Follow-up to Bofer84's locker mod

Those of you who have done this mod:

If I read the thread correctly, if you wire it according to Bofer's instructions your stock switch and lights behave just as they did before the mod and your new auxilary locker swiches ground the locker relays and allow you to lock regardless of the position of your transfer case shifter. (You now have access to the rear locker in 2wd and both in 4wd high.) If you happen to be in 4wd low either the stock or the aux switches will engage the lockers.

If all the above is correct, these questions remain:

Do the locker lights function with the new aux switches?

Does this bypass grounding of the locker relays trip any codes?

I haven't done this yet, but I was under the impression (if memory serves) that the locker lights only flash when using the aux switches, they do not go on steady.
