Default Tire Rotation with Heavy Tires

Anyone got any good tricks besides brute force to do 5 tire rotations on heavy tires? My Nitto 37 and slabs weigh a ton!

Get a leg on each side of it sitting on the ground and use your knees to help lift.

Low to the ground.
Use a pry bar under middle of tire for leverage.

Sit on a low stool or the ground with the tire just off the ground. Wedge your toes/feet either side of the tire and lift your toes by rocking back on your heels, easy
