Default First $1,500 to spend on 07 Rubi JK, what to do first?

Scrapped together a little more and decided I wanted to spend it on my 2 Door JK. What are some things people do first? I was thinking some Rims but just bought new Firestone Destination ATs size LT255/75R17 and was wondering if those will fit on http://www.quadratec.com/products/92601_4XX_A_PG.htm in the 17x8? Or would I better off just buying new Tires to put on a bigger rim while I'm at it?

ETA: I also really like these rims as will in 18x9 http://www.quadratec.com/products/92819_16XX_A_PG.htm

Also, wondering if I shouldn't do performance bolt ons first such as exhaust, headers, cold air? Also, how much of a difference would those make?

Plan on doing LED TruckLites as well. Any thoughts/suggestions? I've driven my Jeep offroad a few times and was blown away at how easy it was (have ridden ***********s and dirt bikes my whole life). Mainly a daily driver with light offroading for now and plan on doing much more offroad soon.
