I'm looking to put in replacement tires on my 2012 JK Sport S stock wheels painted black I'm looking for something for an aggressive look yet still have the gas mileage that comes out of a 3.6L, 18.6MPG around town 22.4 Highway way Better than my F-150's

 

A few things that influence gas mileage when it comes to tires are size, weight and rolling resistance. Going bigger will cost you gas mileage. Figure out what size you want and then start looking at weight at that size between different tires. Normally higher mileage rated tires have less rolling resistance due to harder compounds.

 

Also figure out what type of tread you want. There are some brands that offer pretty aggressive looking treads that aren't only offered for the mud terrains. And it's a good idea to know what load range you will be having on them to narrow down what you want...

 

Check out kelly safari got my 315 for 225$ a tire they have agressive side wall an a nice tread seam to be very little wear

 

look at mickey thompson atz. They are still aggressive and maybe a little louder than stock but are still good for everyday driving and they last a long time as well.

 

When they finally wear out, I plan on replacing my stock Goodyear SR-As with BF Goodrich All Terrain TAs. This is the tire I always had on my '93 YJ before I traded it in after 19 years for my '12 JK. It's an excellent tire.

 

I have the Falkens. Excellent wear, handle good, and are quiet on the road.

 

I second for the falkens. They're awesome. I was getting tired of my Baja claws. Of course they looked cool and aggressive, but for a daily drive they weren't for me. I made the mature decision for practicality over looks. The wild peaks made for a smoother ride and increased my MPG a bit too. It would of have been sweet to be rolling on some rockers but it didn't make sense with the amount of pavement driving I do. If you want good MPG then look at A/T tires. They may not be the most aggressive looking but its the closest to having your cake and eating it too.

I love my BFG KM2's. One of the lightest M/T's on the market. Quiet for a M/T also.
