Is anyone running any 36 or 37 military tires or I guess any military tires. If so what size tire, lift and rim. Pics would be awesome

Just use an "E" rated tire. You shouldn't need anything tougher than that.

I would be worried about how old the tires are. We had guard trucks that would only see 100 miles a year. It's one thing to have 95% tread and another to suffer a blow out or have a buch of weather cracking. Learn how to read the DOT date code on the tires to be sure.

I'd also stay away from the 36" mud terrain, iirc it's a bias ply and seemed squirrelly at highway speeds. The 37" AT's were pretty good tires.

A few locals ran some 36 inch military tires but we find they didn't work very well

They are rated for a much heavier truck and even at 4psi there was very little sidewall bulge.

Yeah I read the dates on them and they are still good and the 36s they have are only for 16.5 rims, but the 37s are for 20s a d they have some nasty looking sidewalls

They are pretty good tires, and they are stout as hell. They'll beat you to death on the highway. You can air them down to 0psi with double beadlocks, and it will look like their at 28psi. Lol.

BUT for the price, they are great tires. If my rig was set up to run a heavy 37" tire, I'd be running them in a heartbeat. I don't need to air down for the stuff I do, and with the right shock/coil combo, they'll feel like a Jeep should.

Yeah me and my buddies make beadlocks so that's no problem I was just seeing if any jeeps have ran them or will the 20 inch rim cause issues
