I just wonder.. I'm currently running 34' .


I'll do regear with evo sleeve and c gusset.

So how big tire can run by dana 30?

People say 37's im not going to do that im going to go to 35's until i swap out my axle then ima run 39's

Running 34's on my d30 with off road evolution gussets welded on. I wouldn't go much bigger.

The Jeep XJs have been running 37" tires on the D30 for years and years. Generally once you get to 35" it's a good idea to truss the differential and upgrade to alloy axle shafts with full circle clips.
