Default motorcycle carrier

I need to find a way to carry 2 dirt bikes. Unfortunately I don't have room to store a trailer. Has anybody used a 2 bike hitch carrier on a 2013 Rubicon Unlimited? I was also considering installing a hitch in the front and running one carrier up front with my son's ttr125l and my cr250 on a carrier in the back. Has anybody tried either of these methods or have a better idea?

I have had just one on the back of my old YJ and it was good. Crf450 you could maybe put them inside if you removed your back seat or maybe bought your self a fold down tailgate kit. Just some ideas but 2 on the back of a hitch carrier might be pushing it. Best option for sure would be a small flat deck trailer.

check the manual for the allowable tongue load. if its the standard 500lbs... you need to look at the weight of the bike plus weight of the carrier. then leverage. one dirtbike would be ok. two would be well over it.

350 lbs tongue weight for a 4 door with tow package. Any other wrangler package is rated less

If you have any little amount of space this will do what you need.

Lightweight Aluminum Double Motorcycle Carrier - The AMC-600-2

This carrier may be a very good option for you. I have there single cycle carrier and Haul my 2011 Yamaha yz450f to the track. It's lightweight, very sturdy, and a great deal in my mind. Any questions about it feel free to pm me.

I was gonna suggest the harbor freight trailer also. I've read some good reviews on it as a motorcycle trailer.

I also have that same bike carrier! They do make a dual one also which i used to have but not on my jk. There not extremely sturdy but it will get you to the track and back
