We have 37x12.50/17 we run ours at 28psi

While on the Highways & Roads;
Why not run the tire at the prescribed 32 psi and see how they feel?
Then after 30+ miles adjust the pressure to suit your taste....

When Your Off-Road:
Set the pressure around 8-10 psi, and see how they perform.

Chalk test them, that will help you get the right PSI for your set up.

This tire size usually "asks" for around 30 psi.
