Default Busted Tie Rod, Drag Link and Steering stabilizer....

Well I will start off by saying don't ever let your newbie friend drive your jeep! Going up a steep hill my buddy gave it some throttle only to find a large pointy rock at the top right of the trail. It dented my bumper, D ring, Front skid and worst of all crushed in my tie rod, drag link, steering stabilizer and factory bracket.

So my question is how to fix/upgrade this. I have a 2.5" suspension lift, 35's and countless other mods. I do lots of weekend wheeling and am fairly hard on my jeep. I will be getting a new Tie rod, drag link, and steering stabilizer and wanted to know what the best brands are, if there are any package deals and if I should also upgrade the track bar. Once again I only have a 2.5" lift so the chromoly draglinks I have found that convert it to on top of the knuckles say its for a 3.5" lift or greater. I do not have a track bar drop down bracket so am thinking I may not need this. I also found an inverted drag link on rugged ridge for only $149.00 thoughts? As far as tie rod thinking maybe just crown automotive replacement kit... idk any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's for 3.5" of lift and higher....he only has a 2.5" lift so he doesn't need all that

Ruff stuff tie rod with GM 1 ton offset tie rod ends. 125.00
Drag link...not sure of your options without the flip kit , which you don't have enough lift to warrant one.
I don't run a steering stabilizer. Don't really need one with proper steering setup.
But I ran a fox with the poly relocate bracket and it was nice.

Accidentally deleted this one, but smashed in the bumper and somehow took out the fog light bulb too

damn. thats freaking rough!.

do what photoshop above said. rough stuff has a tie rod for about $150. can't beat that. pick up an oem draglink because they're fine... you can get them for free. i threw mine away.

get that stuff done on the cheap and dont ever let your friend drive again.

and you don't need to run a stabilizer. if you really want one, buy a cheap relocation bracket and get a stock oem take off for free (i threw mine away) and flip it to the top so it doesn't happeen again.

Sorry, but a BL won't help with getting your suspension height to 3.5", the new draglink needs the added space in there for it to fit and not bump into anything else. Love BLs personally. You could get a 1" coil spacers, unless you've got a 2.5" BB (can't remember), don't want to stack those.

Ruff Stuff's tie rod is good, or you could go OEM again on Tie Rod. Factory Drag link is good to re get. Get RC's Adj track bar since you've got a 2.5" lift already.
