Backspacing for mb chaos 5's

Backspacing for mb chaos 5's
I have a 2013 unlimited sport coming from the factory
I'm replacing the factory wheels with these MB chaos 5's from discount tire direct.
But before putting in the order I was making sure I get the backspace correct.
I'm going to be running 285/70r17's on them
Discount has a couple different ones a +18 and a -6
I am guessing I need the -6 to get the 4.5 backspacing but on their website when I type in my vehicle it wants me to get the +18
Is that because it thinks I'm keeping the 255's on the wheel and not going to a 285.
