Default could the AEV tire carrier bend the rear door if too tight?

I have had the AEV rear tire carrier for months now.
But only put a 35 inch tire on it a few days ago.

I can't seem to get the back of my Jeep to stop squeaking!
I have tightened all the bolts. It almost sounds like its the door and not the carrier.

When you open the back door it does have a slight bend or curve to it. Is this in the design or have a bend my door? :(

Thanks!

There is a curve in the tailgate, you havent wrecked anything
When I installed my Teraflex Hinge there was some squeeking noise that I couldn't isolate. So I got a bicycle tire inner tube and cut strips to put behind all the mounting points. No more squeek!!
Yours may be from the connection to the tailgate though, see if you can rule that out first, then try the inner tube.
