EVO bolt-on coilovers with 34s and stock fender advise
Guys,
My JK is lifted 2.5" in the front and 2" in the back with OME springs and OME standard travel shocks. In addition, the tires are 34" MTR/k and the fenders are stock. OME HD springs and LT shocks have been sitting in the garage for the past couple of years; however, they have not been installed as I do not want to lose up travel due to addition of the required bump stops. As I really do not want to go higher than a 3" lift, the EVO bolt-on coilovers have my interest. If the coilovers would be installed, would the up travel be reduced if set at the minimum 3" lift height? Does any body know the collapsed length of the EVO coilovers? Metal Cloak's 6 pak and 2.5" coils may also work as the collapsed length of the shocks are equivalent to my current setup; however, The long term durability has not yet been proven. In addition, the ride height of the coilovers can be adjusted to account for the weight of future purchases. Any advise would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Greg
