How to jack up jeep for suspension work?
Hi guys - I'm new at this, sorry if it's in the wrong place...
I was going to install some Teraflex speed bumps, but I'm not quite sure how to get my jeep up in the air high enough (and safely) to get the springs off... Suggestions? Working with an AEV 2.5 in. lift if that helps.

I usually jack up one side at a time and put jack stands under mine. I have a 3.5"RK lift and my 3 ton stands are barely tall enough to clear the tires. If you only have two stands, be sure to chalk the rear tires to keep it from rolling. I hope this helps.
Observe proper safety measures! I usually jack up the body as far as I can and get jack stands under it. Remove tires. I then use a floor jack to lift one side of the axle which lowers the other side. Reverse to do the other side.
Just did a 2.5 RK. I got a pair of 6 ton jack stands along with my 3 ton. I put the 6 ton under the frame behind the front tires when i did the front. I put them behind the rear tires near the back of the Jeep when I did the rears. Used the 3 ton under the one sode of the axle. Then would use the floor jack to drop the axle on one side almost to the ground. If you move the floor jack a foot inside the end.
