Default 18/59 vs 19/60

I'm looking at replacing the coils on my JK X (with TF leveling kit). I was trying to source some take off 18/59s from a JKU Rubicon, but also came across some 19/60s from mopar. is there much difference between the two? i have to imagine they are very close. would one ride better? total noob question! thanks for any help.

Went from 14/56 and TF leveling kit to 18/59 with stock bumpers with one inch spacers on all four corners on Our two door and a very different ride as a result. If no added weight, 18/59s will be fine. We've got some JKS. ACOS for the front ready to be installed.

I had both on my rig, and was actually happier with the 19/60's can't pinpoint the exact thing, but it just feels better with them. Bonus that I got a bit extra height with them too.
