Default AEV 4.5 lift

I currently have an AEV 2.5 lift with 35s which I am happy with, but really want 37s. It is not so easy to upgrade to the 4.5 and AEV recommended to buy the 4.5 lift and sell the 2.5. I also have a 2013 procal and geometry correction brackets. I've got another set of rims coming for 37s. Will use the 37s mostly offroad and will keep driving on my 35s till I wear them out. Don't want to eat up my pretty rims on rocks.

Any ideas on how to do this cheaper.

Do you think $1000 for lift, procal and brackets will sell? Lift has 3000 miles on it and is still perfect shape.

Why would you sell your procal?

The 4.5 AEV lift come with procal and geometry correction brackets. They will not let me delete these items. So I would end up with 2 procals and 2 sets of brackets.

I have the 4.5 lift and ditched the drop brackets with Rock Krawler arms. It doesn't drive as sporty as before, but I have clearance. Why don't you try flat fenders or cutting your stock fenders for 37's?

The pic has the brackets still on.

I like the stock fenders. I just went to SMORR (awesome place BTW) and had a blast. Was able to do lots of level 4 trails with the 35s and 2.5 in lift, but was on the skidplates and rock rails a lot more than I wanted to be. The 37 in jeeps didn't go on a lot more trails, but they definitely had an easier time.

The additional lift would clear 37s with stock fenders.

I didn't have any clearance issues with the drop brackets. What kind of trouble did you run into?

No issues with brackets, I just wanted to get more capability (clearance) OffRoad. The brackets do improve handling, anti-dive during braking especially noticeable on a 4.5 lift.
