Default So i think i blew my engine

I was going down i80 and was passing as my engine started to knock and I pulled over and shut down but now it won't start .... I can turn the engine by hand but not as easy as it should ... I'm still under warranty barely ... I have it home now but does anyone know a mod friendly dealer in the south suburbs of Chicago?

It will start to crank and then stops and clicks like a dead battery ... Battery voltage is good right around 12.6

Have you tried a jump-start? Voltage can read good on a bad battery.

A bad battery will have similar symptoms, mine left me on the side of the interstate. Voltage showed "good" at 13.8VDC. Untill they put the load test on the bat. Mine then was putting out 4 amps on a 600amp battery. Swap with another car first to see or take it to your local shop for a load test.

The reason i said swap is because my "bad" battery did not let the jump work properly. The battery must have been "eating" the jump voltage. It would almost start with jump, but fired right up with a different battery.

But its troubleshooting that sucks i thought something bad was wrong as my DISPLAY was acting all sorts of screwy. Hope its not a blown motor for sure though.
