Default My Procal just shut me down! HELP!!!!

I just went try and set my throttle response, and now I have no accelerator at all....WTF happened? I then set the procal to Restore, and still nuttin....

Make sure that between each change using a ProCal to unplug it and turn the engine to off for a few minutes. The ProCal is notorious for not making multiple changes while plugged in.

You have to do the song and dance quickly or it doesn't take.

And for anyone else the benefits claimed are a myth, don't bother trying it as you'll end up like the OP.

It is funny how the inventor of the pro cal says the same thing but people still want to try lol. bummer for the op tho hope it all works out.

I am doing it as quick as I can. Left it turned off for quite a few minutes and still nuttin....Guess its a wrecker to the dealership in the morning!

I think most only recommend for calibrating speedometer and shift points on auto and gear ration changes for different gearing as well as lane change and drl's. They also work for raising idle speed for winching but on AEV's forum there has been much bandwidth devoted to not messing with trying to change throttle response. They do great at what they are designed for and intended for. You might go to the aev forum and there might be some pointers on how to reset your system.
hopefully I won't get in trouble for this but if I do I figure it is a worthy cause. good luck.

I got it....I was using the highbeam flash on both to start and set the throttle setting, was supposed to use the flash to get it started and then use the highbeam on and off to set it.....ghesssshhhhh.....that was STUUUUUUUPPPPPPPPPIIIIIIDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!:d oh:

Thats exactly where I got my fix for it. Thanks for the info....and it did give me better throttle response! Got everything else set up like before.
