Default New Axle Upgrade

After replacing gears twice and having other issues, I think it's time to do it right. I have a 2012 JKU with 35s, 3inch lift, and tons of extra weight from bumpers, racks, etc. most of time on highway and also towing jet skis, boats, and more. What is best option?

If you have the funds then go with 60's. Either the ProRock 60 or the RockJoc 60.

Your new D60 will most likely be wider that your stock set up now, so you will need spacers for the rear.
Otherwise, as long as the gear ratio is the same it should not be a bog deal. You can get the G2's set up for the JK, so it will bolt right on.

Agree with this post. However, if you don't have the scratch for an entire new axle, what about RCV axle shafts or Alloy USA chromoly shafts?

Those wouldn't help with breaking gears.

How are they breaking, under what type of load. How is the pattern? While the D30 is a pretty weak R&P on a heavy ass rig it's not going to rip up down the street (not that I'm accusing you of that. Need more history)

Spoke to Shaun earlier and got price for front and back. Looks like a great deal. Checking on G2s as well.

Think I want all new everything to make sure I'm good. Figured once I build up old ones to what I want I would regret not replacing entire axle for still big chunk of cash either way. I've got bone stock with messed up gears and other issues.
