Default Help with grinding/groaning noise when turning right.

Hey guys, I read many of the posts about this issue but just wanted to check with you guys before making any purchases. I have the 2" Rancho lift on my 13 Unlimited with 315 75 17 Duratracs. It was totaly quiet for the first few months but over the past few weeks developed a metal on metal sound only when turning right. I am 99% sure the sound is coming from the tie rod bolt by the left front tire. My question is, will replacing the track bar solve this? Is it putting pressure on the tie rod by being off center causing the sound? If so, would the Rubicon Express bar work okay? Price is right at $100. Thanks for any help guys.
