Default Lift suggestion

I am about to get of the crapy rough country lift and upgrade. The 20" wheels and tires will be going too. 17" wheels with 35s or 37s (leaning more towards 37s) will be put on. I mostly trail ride and climb hills. It is my daily driver and is an automatic. Now my question is which lift would be the best all around for me. I have been looking at the rock krawler 3.5 mid arm flex system with 5100s. My budget for lift is around $1,500 range. Any other suggestion will be appreciated and thanks for the help.

While your doing all the lift rims and tires, to go 35" isn't bad; gusset and sleeve front end. To go to 37" there is a huge price jump. Cost of tires, gears, you'll need to strengthen axle even more, and also change the gearing. If you have a D30 in the front I would suggest getting rid of that for a d44 and built up at least. Some other things as well to consider.

I will be gusset and sleeve the d30 not long after but I don't do any major wheeling so I may try to get by with 37s haven't completely decided I have 35s now

I wouldn't put 37s on a d30 you'll scrap it in no time even with gusset and sleeves. When you regear the pinion will be tiny compared to a d44 as well. Just the weight of the tires is too much for the small diff. Axle shafts in d30 are weaker also.

Gussets and sleeves in d30 is the minimum for 35" tires! But run it like that then upgrade to 60s or PR44 when it does happen.

That's exactly what I was thinking. You got any opinions on the lift I'm considering

I cheaper out on my lift and regret it from the start. Switching out everything to teraflex. My buddy runs that and loves it. Some people say the coils sag after a while. Rock Krawler also make a quality system, as well as clayton. Any of those should get you going and on the right track. Just please don't make the mistake I did!! You'll save in the long run!

You will love the 3.5" Flex. Very solid kit and performs great. If you want some pricing shoot us a PM.

Actually more people break the rear axle shafts when going to 37's as the rear see's most of the stress from wheeling.

Also with a 3.5 you want to consider drive shafts either now or the near future
