Anyone painted there hard top insides?
I'm thinking on painting these black, I figure everything is black may as well , any suggestions on paints? I don't wanna plasti dip either! Thanks ahead guys
Before painting last summer I remember a couple times I touched the freedom panels after sitting outside all day in 90+ degrees and I about needed a skin graph on my fingers after pressing my hand up against the panel.
Now, I can press my hand against the panels and they are warm but not scalding hot. It has averaged 103 degrees this week in good ol' Oklahoma.
Not only does it look good, it has provided a thermal layer of protection against the direct sunlight
I did the same about a month ago. Did it over a four day weekend so everything had time to cure and let things air out. Pretty time consuming but glad I did it.

Did duplicolor liner last year, it looks so much better, I forget how bad the cheap white plastic looked. Very happy with it, the fumes were noticeable for a few months, but my rig stays parked in my garage most of the week.
