Is there going to be A Rubicon X ?

Can anyone tell me if there is going to be a Rubicon X and if so what is it going to be like ? Is it going to be the 10th anniversary with out the badging ?

I've heard the rubicon x package that you can get on the 14's is the 10a bumpers f/r
