I have been up there and it is one of my favorite summer run places. It is not real rock climbing place. It is a nice off road drive. Any four wheel drive should have no problem and I am normally not in four wheel drive in that area.

I did valley of the moon about 6 years ago when I lived in San Diego, We only did it once and I always regretted not making it back before we moved. Its worth the trip.
