Default Best D44 Chromoly Shafts

To start off I was going to buy some rcv shafts from a guy for 750 with a stock rubi locker, well the deal fell through, so now I am searching for other front shafts. Does anybody have any input on some good chromoly shafts for around the price I was going to pay for the rcvs? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

This is for a rubi housing? And you are, or are not, buying a locker also?

If you are not buying a locker (already have the rubi elocker), 10 factory shafts were getting some good reviews because of the warranty.

If you are buying a locker also, a 35sp arb with 35sp shafts may be something to look at.

Unfortunately 10 factory doesn't make 35 spline axle shafts.

My understanding is 35 spline shafts on a dana 44 are not the same size as all other 35 spline shafts...

It was listed as an alternative to buying a new factory locker + alloy shafts. Not for any strength increase. I'm pretty sure I would choose an ARB over a factory E-locker if those were my choices. (and arb over ox, also, I guess)
