Default for those of you using the Flashpaq in a 2007-2010

As a new user to this device I am wondering what tunes you have been using.

I have a call into Ron @ Superchips about being able to view the PID's because under the advanced settings they are apparently missing.....or I am just not looking in the correct place.
I went to the additional features then to the advanced functions and I had 4 options. Quick Tire Size, Axle Lock, Idle Setpoint, and Tire Pressure. Am I missing something??

So far i have run 87 and got 13.33 mpg ran towing, more power and 13.5 mpg, trying the duel saver now, big power loss, will see what it gets me. I run the settings for an entire tank, all city driving same routes/distance. I have 33" duratracs on 15"
Dont do advanced, just set tires etc through additional, then quick tune for options.

I have only seen the four options you have listed under advanced settings, but I have only had mine a couple weeks and could be missing something as well.

Tow with 87 gas worked best for me.

BUT - It doesn't really matter which tunes we are using. You need to try a few and see what works best for you - in your location, with your build, and your driving style, and your performance needs.

X2 on this, but tow is probably my favorite.

OK, Why tow?? I am RARELY deep in the skinny, and I live in a small town with one main road so merging into trafic is a non-issue. Has tow given you a bit better low-mid torque?

I run the 87 tune with 89 gas. I like it the best. It runs smoother with 89 fuel then it did with 87 fuel.

I initially ran the 91 tune.. It felt better compared to stock of course, but after some reading, I found most guys run the tow, for the better shift points and better lower rpm torque.

I can barely tell a difference to be honest, but i'm sure it probably is a bit better. The 91/93 gives you an extra 2HP or so, but near redline. I RARELY go over 4K RPM, so I have mine set to tow.
