Default Opinion: frame mount sliders w/ 1 inch body lift

An earlier thread displayed the damage that the smittybilt sliders can do to the JK rocker panel. I too have been a victim of this misfortune.
Therefore, I am wondering if a 1 inch body lift would move the sliders away from the body enough to prevent any future damage?
More important, how will this slider look with 1 inch of body lift? Will it move it "safely" away from the rocker panel?

(please note:not my rig)

a body lift will raise the body up off the frame 1". I think it will look good and give you what you're looking for

If the sliders bend easy enough to contact the tub it seems they might continue to bend towards the tub even with a BL.
