Cutting rails and pinch seam

Default Cutting rails and pinch seam

What did you guys use and how much did you take off for 35's, just ordered mine so I wanna cut these before they come in. Thanx in advance

An angle grinder does a good job. As far as how much to take off the rock rails, it depends on your setup. Plan on at least 1".

I used an electric angle grinder with cut off wheel myself to do the seams. Easy...don't forget your eye protection.

This.

For the rails, I think on mine we cut off like 3" on the back side. Basically, made it even with where we cut the pinch seam.

This should give you an idea. I'm on 37's.

I used a sawzall and cut 1.5" off both the rail and seam.
