Default Size &Type Of Springs

I'm looking to upgrade my springs from a 3" leveling kit. Should I go with 3" up front & 2" in the back, that is the size of the spacers. Also, what type of spring rate? I've already upgraded all my other suspension parts, including the shocks, control arms & front/rear trac bars.

I think you will need to list what jeep and how you use it and what your other parts consist of to get an answer.

2012 JKU (Frankenstein) with Metal Cloak upper & lower/front & rear control arms, front/rear JKS adjustable trac bars, front TeraFlex disco's/rear JKS fixed, Bilstein 5160 reservoir shocks. I started out with a Pro Comp 3" level kit & now all that is left is the spacers on top of the 19 rate front springs & 60 rears and the 3" bump stops up front with 2" in rear. I mainly wheel trails & mud right now. Should I just change out the spacer and install 3" longer springs & 2" long in rear. I have LoD full width bumpers and they are heavy.
