I want to vent, and tell everyone to stay away from agr as a company, this does not reflect the parts seeing as I still have not revived my parts. So here is the story, noticed a month ago October 14 my sector shaft was bad in my jk, called around looking for a few place north ridge 4x4 recommend agr. Called them up ordered my new box, said it would be about 14-18 business days I said no problem. It is now 29 days later still no steering gear box, called them 6 times looking for it every time I called customer service was bad, the second time I called back it was fri November 22, person I spoke to said it would be shipping out Monday or weds. When I called back weds after taking my old gear box out of my jeep thinking it would be here with in a few days or so. They said it was still getting machined. And when I said are you kidding they hug up on me. Called bCk and asked to speak to the owner. Larry, who has still not called me back. About if and where my box is. I called back asking if I could cancel they said it would be a 25% restocking fee and I had to talk to the owner first.

All in all I am still waiting for the steering gear box no clue when and if it will be here, or if it will be here!!!!! Horrible customer service. Stay away!!!!

 

We recommended AGR? Sorry about your experience with them I know nothing about them. Not sure why we would do that we only deal with PSC .

No problem David, not blaming you guys, I buy personally 90% of my stuff from north ridge and I love the service I have gotten. you guys did recommend Psc, just at the time I called I wasn't ready to invest in a full hydro assist set up, and just wanted a heavy duty gear box. the person who i spoke to said to give agr a try. Which was helpful at the time. Probably gonna call u guys to help me out after I figure out if I can get a refund or not. Thanks david
