I am going to be In Corona Xmas week, anybody doing a run or recommend anything? I'm from Nebraska and don't get the jeep to SoCal very often and do t want to waste it, the 26-27th looks like the days I have the most flexibility on

I wish I didn't have to work. Big bear and Johnson valley are great suggestions. I am sure some people will be heading to the trails on those days.

Big bear is nice. There are a few easy family trails to hit. Holcomb and skyline. You might see more snow on skyline. Hope it helps.

The X (chi) in Xmas is derived from the Greek spelling of Christos (Christ), it has also been historically abbreviated as Xp, stemming from the same Greek spelling. So where I appreciate your desire to keep Christ in Christmas, the "X" in this context is not a variable, but rather a derivative of an ancient language commonly used in the Old Testament.

My apologies.... Never knew that.... thanks for the lesson. I didn't mean to derail this thread just this world and do whatever you want, when you want at whoever's expense as long as Self is happy is a big problem in the world of me first. I guess I just like seeing Christ..... Hope you have a good run *cheers*
