Default New springs 4inch lift

Ok I bought a 2009 JK with a 4 inch rough country lift, and of course as the name states it rides "rough" plus it seems to sit lower in the front opposed to the rear, I was told because the added weight of the front bumper and winch. Regardless I'm looking at upgrading and what to know opinions of brands to go with , also I was eyeing coil overs

If you like the height, try out evo plush ride 4' coils , rock krawler 3.5' or Teraflex. Dont neglect good control arms, shocks and alignment.

What size tires are you running? 4" is a pretty tall lift.

Currently has 38s, dropping to Goodyear MTRs 37s soon, I've added RK adjustable front control arms, and doing the rear ones in a few months, it's getting a alignment now as well as a new steering box, I installed synergy ball joints, tie rod, and drag link last week

Plush ride 4' or RK 3.5's. You have flat fenders? I recommend running those with 37/38's if you ever get flexy.

I have MetalCloak 2.5 coils and love them. They also make a 3.5 coil. Their coil measurements are for fully loaded Jeeps, so if you have a lighter Jeep it will be more along 4" and a loaded Jeep will be at 3.5" coils. They're also progressive and are the longest coils out.

Rock Krawler, MetalCloak, Currie, EVO.. have been known to be pretty good coils without any sagging.

TeraFlex and Rough Country are known for sagging.

A rough ride is a combination of coils, shocks, and control arms and their angle. If you swap to one of the above coils, look at what shocks are tuned for them. Swapping out for new coils and keeping the RC shocks is probably not going to make it a whole lot better.
