Smittybilt XRC Front fender coverage
Hi Friends ! I started recently to modify my 2010 JKU Sahara Dark charcoal pearl.
Every mods has to be approved by the wife. Now my girl saw those fenders and fell in love with them. The only issue we have is that there is a coverage law here.
The thing that I am thinking is either cutting my stock front fenders to the shape of those XRC and then bolt them on (the wife would to that with bushwacker flat fenders also) Or fabricate a fender flare that would bolt on the inside of the XRC one.
I am asking for your help 'cause we won't order the fenders until we know that we can do something about it, and since I never saw those in real life I don't really know where I could bolt my fenders on them, if there is enough meat to do so. I have pictures of a jeep that did that but I don't know where I took it from and don't know if I can post it.
