5/16 fuel line - cant remember how much again maybe 25'. Hose clamps to clamp hose on diff/ transmission & transfer case nipples. And couple zip ties to snug up the slack. Just reuse stock breather tube top caps!

I don't know for sure but putting the breather tunes into the intake seems like a bad idea to me. I would double check this.

I do. And, unless the kit you bought has been modified, I have an improvement over it for the Pentastar motors (replace one T-connector with a Y-connector for the air intake to make your hose routing much easier if you have a '12 or later--pick up the Y-connector at Lowe's in the underground sprinkler parts section). If anyone is interested in the full parts list, provide me an e-mail address and I will send it to you (I don't want to appear to be competing with Smilin' Bob on the forum, LOL).

If you overfill the differentials (easy to do if you fill up to the fill port on aftermarket diffy covers), then you could end up dumping diffy oil into the engine intake. So extend the breather lines to the air intake, don't overfill the diffys, and you'll be protected for deep water runs ...

Is there still any risk of pulling oil vapors into the intake?

Well, I suppose about the same as pulling oil vapors from the crankcase into the intake (that is, after all, what the PCV valve does).

I installed the river raider cast snorkel with there universal aftermarket airbox and run all breather hoses to it the only thing is, is if i change any fluids ill take the hose off for and take it for a long drive than connect the hose back to the breather airbox.
