Default Eaton E locker help

I installed a Eaton E locker on my Dana 30 awhile ago and I can't seem to get it to work. Anybody have any trouble shooting ideas? So far I have checked and am getting current to the switch and the unit. Maybe I am not getting enough current to activate the solenoid?

Here is a video I shot to see if it was engaging or not and I am pretty sure it is not

It did not appear locked in the video. Here is what i would do:

Jack up axle, lock, spin tire by hand. Check both tires spin together the same direction. You suspect current too low: Run heavier gauge wire direct from battery to locker wires out of diff and repeat locker test. No joy? Open up diff and play with locker; see if you can unjam something. Still no good? Contact Eaton. You have a warranty, right?

Good idea, I will try and use a heavier gauge wire directly from the battery. My 12 month warranty expires in June.
