I did a quick search but did not find my answer.

I am taking my 2012 for service tomorrow morning to have the transmission cooler line replaced (recall).

Question...
I have 5.13 gears and Superchips recommends returning my vehicle to stock before service. If I do this My Jeep will go into limp mode.. Is there a work around? Should I just tell the dealer not to flash to the computer?

Thoughts?

Just flash it in their parking lot, they shouldn't be driving it far to swap your trans line anyways. Most of us do it in the lot.

 

Thanks, that's what I did. Worked out OK...
Did have a check engine light on when they returned it to me but once I changed the gearing ratio it went away.
