Default Death Wobble

I have been experiencing a very rough shaking, it only occurs while doing 50-55 mph and making a turn on the highway. Is this the death wobble that I read about? If so, what can I do to remove it?

That's sounds like a wobble, trust me you'll know DW when you get it.

When it happens it feels like the entire front end is going to break off.

That's exactly how death wobble feels. Click on link and take your time when you go through it. It's how I solved mine.

Ok so I haven't experienced a full on death wobble yet but I've got a problem and looking for some advice.. 25k miles on my jku 3.5 coil lift factory shocks and steering stabilizer 35" tires and everything else stock except springs and longer sway bar linkages... At low speeds hitting big bumps causes a few seconds of a slight/moderate wobble in the steering I don't think with this low of mileage anything should be worn enough to cause the wobble but the steering stabalizer.. Any advice? I don't want to prematurely replace the stabilizer and mask a more serious issue..

That sounds more like wheel shimmy. You hit a pothole, the steering wheel goes back and forth rapidly for 2 seconds, then everything seems fine again. Mine does this too & I consider it normal jeep driving haha. It all depends on how bad it is and whether you can live with it, but a draglink flip kit should help solve it. You'll also want to raise your trackbar at the axle to keep the trackbar & draglink parallel with each other for proper steering geometry.

Also, with a 3.5" lift, I think the stock shocks are most likely bottomed out. You should get shock extensions or new longer shocks to accommodate the extra lift you have.
