I Need More Lift
Extend your bump-stops a little. Or get into a position where you're rubbing so you know what is touching, and trim the area you're rubbing if possible.
Or you can lift higher, but there are downsides to that.

i am really not a fan of body lifts. where i am rubbin is the entire inside of the wheel well. i have 10 inch wide wheels and 12.50 tires. i think that isn't helping.
this just gives me another reason to go with the long arm lift

That would explain it. Those wheels definitely aren't helping you. I'm not a big fan of Body Lifts either, but the JK's don't look bad at all with a 1" BL. Just a thought.

I think it's the back spacing. By the look of it, the tires are sticking out 2 inchdes from the fender. That's more than what I have with 33's and it rubbed like crazy before I put on the TF BB. The only reason it still isn't rubbing is because of the extended bump stops. I have 16x8's with 4.25" of backspacing. Since your wheels are 10in, I don't know what the backspacing should be.
The back spacing effects the hub side of the wheel so the overall wheel width isn't going to matter on that side. For example, tires on 3.5" backspaced 10" wide wheel are going to stick out from under the fenders more than tires on a 3.5" backspaced wheel but the hub side should be the same.
Edit: Another option for you might be wheel spacers. 1.25" spacers change your wheel spacing by the same amount. This type of problem is why the spacers came out so quick for the JK.
