Default Best top nx?

When I purchased BIG RED he came with a Best Top NX already installed. When closed above the driver/passenger seats there is a round bar that fits in a "V" bracket on either side that keeps the top tight. At low speeds there is minimal road noise. When above about 50mph the air pops the bar out of the brackets and it sounds like the windows are down, very loud. Where the bar is are 2 connectors where you can run a strap through them and pull tight, however there are no straps that I can locate to pull through the connectors. Is there a trick to keeping the bar from popping out?

after a review of the Best Top installation video on You Tube I have discovered for whatever reason the straps to secure the top to the Jeep have been removed?????

I have the nx and a spiderweb shade. I didn't like the clips that come with the top to secure it to the rollbar, so I used a couple of the spiderballs and it works like a charm.
