Default MOPAR off-road bumper

Anybody know the difference between the winch version/non-winch version MOPAR off-road bumper (besides the obvious cut-outs for the winch)?
Thanks to MILKMAN, I just took his non-winch version off his hands for a great price (this forum is awesome)!
I am thinking I could convert (modify) it into a winch version. I have access to a plasma cutter, various styles of welders, and heaps of scrap steel.
What do you think?
Does anybody have the winch version that could shed some light?

I think the bottom flange where the skid plate mounts on the non-winch bumper is just long enough to mount the skid. The winch bumper flange is a lot longer and acts as a winch mount.

the winch version has a 2"x2" square tube that mounts between the frame rails. above that tube is the 1/4" winch plate. pretty beefy. i've seen other bumpers that just have the plate. the square tubing should keep the plate from bowing or flexing under load. hope that helps. sorry no pics.
