I have the HD kit, but I did not install the spacers that came with the kit. I will be putting them in next week since I do still have a rake. Here were my measurements before and after to the bottom lip of the fender (center line of axle)
Before:
Front: 35.5
Rear: 37.5
After OME:
Front: 39.5
Rear: 40

I have not put on 35's yet, but I plan to do so. I should not be rubbing. Did you get the HD kit?

So all you are saying is on full flex the front Tire rubs the fender? If so that is a easy fix put a extended front bumpstop in and you are good to go.

unless you limit your flex 35s will rub at full flex even with 4 inches of lit.

You may need more backspacing on the wheels.
