Default Rubicon express disconnects frame retainers.

Where in the world do these retainers mount on the frame? I have the rubicon express disconnects and I have no clue where to mount the retainers on the frame.

I've noticed several ways these can be mounted.. First location is on the frame, one can see in this image, the same sway bar retainers/quick disconnects mounted to the frame.

Image: The retainer (same as yours) is the one with the pull/cotter pin.

While in other images, I've seen these disconnects used at the sway bar link more towards the axle mounting location.

Is there parts missing ? I think brackets mount to the frame And those pins insert in the brackets.
