Default Psc reservoir with stock air box on 3.6

Anyone made the psc reservoir fit in the stock location with the stock air box? If you relocated the reservoir where did you move it to?

When I called PSC this summer, they told me there is a JK res that fits around the air box. It was a new product.

Bought the kit below. The base of the reservoir was trimmed slightly but it was installed without modifying the stock airbox. Supply hose to the pump is about 13" reservoir is in the stock location. Zero issues after being installed in its current configuration for about a year.
PSC Motorsports, performance steering components 2012 2013 Jeep JK high volume pump kit, Pump Systems and Components, Jeep JK 3.6 Pentastar V6

If the reservoir was shaped like this it would have fit better and probably not needed to be trimmed.

I just had the PSC resi put on by Rebel. PSC says it fits perfect with the new bracket, but rebel had to trim the shi$ out of my factory Box to make it work.

You didn't have to cut into the stock airbox like this did you? I'm about to pull the trigger on this kit but want to avoid cutting the stock box and not going with an aftermarket intake.....

Sounds like it can be done with a little finesse from what I've read...

I mounted mine up by the battery. It's mounted to the plastic frame that is between the battery and the engine. It's a higher location than the stock location which is what you want. PSC used to suggest putting it there, maybe they still do. I didn't know about the kit mentioned above when I installed mine.
