Default Wild Boar Products - Ordering, Customer Service, your experience?

I am sold on their fast back rack, but seeing some posts on other forums from a couple years ago, looks like ordering is and can be problematic, and customer service is non-existent.
Has anyone had recent interactions with them? Should I be worried placing an order for such a high dollar item?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I ordered thier air scopp several months back. Initially when I placed the order it was in stock. After several weeks of emails and calls I got an email back stating it was out of stock but for only for 2 more weeks. After one more month I asked again and no reply. I finally cancelled my order. Personally I would stay clear of them.

Ordered the grill about 8 months ago from them because I needed to replace my broken stock grill. Came with no issues and actually came faster than my stuff from northridge did which I ordered same day. I would buy from boar again.
