Default 37" tire options for 18" rims

I have recently started getting an itch due to a case of 2-inchitis. I run 35s on my JKURX but feel like I want to go up to 37s. I have already read like every thread about what needs to be done to axles, ball joints, brakes, etc. before I do it so that's not what this thread is about. I am interested in learning what my choices are for a 37" tire for an 18" wheel. I have searched a bit on tire sites and I can only find two or three options: Trail Grapplers and Hankook being 2 of them. Are there more options out there that I'm not seeing or is my selection really going to be that limited? I saw a set of 35" Mickey Thompson MTZ mounted up and really liked the look but was disappointed to find they are not offered in a 37" for an 18" wheel.

I know the tire selection is bigger in the 17" range, but I've never looked or shopped for 18" wheels/tires. So can't speak from personal experience. I wanted 17's for my jeep for more sidewall and grip.

Have you considered just getting a 17" wheel? If money is the issue I know a website where you can finance them with guaranteed approval. All you need is an income and a checking account. They also have a 90 days same as cash. They're pretty easy to deal with. I've bought from them before. Just let me know.

My issue isn't so much the money. I have 18" aftermarket wheels already. I have been off-roading a half dozen times at places like Rocks and Valleys and Drummond Island. Both of these places have plenty of rocks and I like it but my wheels don't. I have quite a bit of rock rash already. I don't want to spend another $600-$1000 on new wheels just to go out get more rock rash on them. I would like to keep the wheels I have now for wheeling wheels and then someday have another set for everyday use, but I want to wheel with 37s which means I need them for an 18" wheel.
