Default RK control arm question

So I just picked up some RK lower front arms, I have a Rubicon Express 3.5 lift with the camber bolts. Wanted to know if I can just mount arms even though I had to punch out those little things for camber bolts to turn? Or do I have to close up slots again?

Synergy makes a 'cam bolt eliminator kit'. Looks like just a couple thick washers, but might be worth checking out.

I used the Teraflex cam bolt eliminator kit when I replaced my cam bolts with RK arms. I had them tack welded in and good to go.
