I'm running a 2.5 inch suspension lift with 1 inch body lift. Also have flat fenders. The backspacing on wheels are 4.5 but thinking of getting new wheels in a 3.5 back space. So will the 37s fit on my setup? Thanks

Yes, but you might have to adjust your bumps.

Yep this. Butl with 3.5" lift, flat fenders, and 3" bumpstops you should be fine.
